We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.

A day in the life of an Account Manager:

• Create and maintain client accounts and relationships.
• Effectively service, retain or remove customer accounts.
• Consult existing customers on how they can upgrade their package and better their results.
• Generate reports for the business and customers.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status, and results presentations to internal/external teams
• Evaluate customer account performance and implement solutions where necessary.
• Assist in the training and support of Juniors within the team.
