We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.
A day in the life of an Account Manager:
Create and maintain client accounts and relationships.
Effectively service, retain or remove customer accounts.
Consult existing customers on how they can upgrade their package and better their results.
Generate reports for the business and customers.
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status, and results presentations to internal/external teams
Evaluate customer account performance and implement solutions where necessary.
Assist in the training and support of Juniors within the team.

£22,500 – £24,750 basic salary.
